Plug and play headlight conversion adapter harness to swap your 2019-2021 GMC Sierra 1500 headlights to the 2022+ GMC Sierra 1500 factory headlights. The harness is completely plug and play, no modification required! You can also add on 2022+ GMC Sierra 1500 LED headlights + Ballasts! Swap your 19-21 GMC 1500 headlights with the 8-pin connector to the 2022+ GMC Sierra 1500 12-pin LED headlights. You will still need to swap the front bumper, grill, and other items.

THIS HARNESS IS FOR INSTALLING THE 22+ YEAR HEADLIGHTS on your 19-21 Model 1500 truck.
